Defining the concept of morality is a labor of other hard and complicated. The approach to the study of that sememe could start from a philosophical perspective until arriving in the pastures of social scientific analysis, psychological-pedagogical and even legal-political. The literature on this profound subject presents a wide range of perspectives to understand and comprehend the concept of morality, always having as a teleological, in the framework of our educational treatises, the development of the educational process. Now, from the perspective of Xavier Zubiri we can say that throughout history man has tried to give answer to a myriad of problems that plague. Under an analysis that brings to mind the categories of 'incitement' and 'response' of Arnold Toynbee, Zubiri we face in man has always been a sort of protomoral, it has allowed to develop as human beings in a constant interaction with the geographical and social. The surrounding reality stimulates the human being, and forces him to respond from the emergence of potential eligible. The man always opt for one of them under a rational justification. The election process in turn generates a commitment and a responsibility to the effects occurring from this dynamic. It follows that man must choose between doing right or wrong, always sticking to a rational judgment able to weigh the importance of social context and cultural specificity, in addition to gradually take as its own worthy of respect concerning social. From this we derive the concept of morality, as Adela Cortina says it would be the ability to face life in opposition to 'morale'. The preaching of Dr. Cortina brings to mind the postulates vitalist Henri Bergson. Adela Cortina is important for a society to show 'moral high ground', ie, their levels of self-reflection and intersubjective dialogue are high. Verbi grace of this would be American society, where until now coexist politically, conservative and progressive ideas in a diverse social fabric. John Rawls is the peaceful and democratic coexistence that enables support not only the nation's political apparatchik, but above all their survival in the future. So the moral is in us. Humans are the only ones with the ability to distinguish between doing something because we believe it is good and doing no anything you deem bad or subject to contempt and disqualification of society. Now, in this set of ideas self-knowledge is the touchstone for understanding the moral. From here the synergy of the ethical discourse in the educational process becomes very noticeable. Therefore, since the areas of pedagogical action, the educational process must be strong in all areas involving the development of the child. Morality plays a fundamental role in the educational process. The cluster of ideas concerning paradigmatic approval of a company are key to an adequate and effective learning of the infant. It shows the need to streamline processes of acculturation as a way for the emergence citizens' analytical, critical, free and conscious of their reality. On the other hand, a state with 'moral high ground' is that which makes possible educational policies capable of generating sources of debate and discussion on national issues. This facilitates the emergence of citizens 'moral high ground', reflexive, dialogical, assertive and forward-looking. This work is linked to the actions of the family, the media, politicians and civil society. As a whole. All areas of government must promote proper values education that empowers each member of society. Likewise, the self also entails being able to understand the views and worldviews of otherness. Dialogic capacity among human beings is based from managing a flexible linguistic code, it has as a fundamental element the ability to 'take the place of another. " This will create what Kohlberg has called 'moral point of view. " The dynamic dialogue within a framework of balance and respect for the rights of stakeholders ensures a more democratic communication process aimed at fostering closer discursive solutions to the parties. As stated by Martin Martinez is important to develop an education and human optimization, and for that educational processes should be guided teleological arguments of morality. In the framework of projective dimension educational processes should help to affirm and strengthen the cognitive and social personality of the students. This will allow exponential growth of the self and the emergence of new opportunities for economic and academic development. Greater family bond and will ultimately demiurges amical a society full of happiness in which solidarity will become the most important value that sustains the morale of a people. This commitment takes the phone a introjective dimension. Moreover, from a learning perspective metacognitive man reflects on his own behavior, whether it is adequate or not. The hallmark of this self-consciousness or self is to understand that we are not one, but instead we formed a set of human beings with many differences which allow us to enrich each other in the context of a dialogic relationship transparent, democratic it counts . This also implies the cosmopolitan recognize as being able to take a position and a commitment to economic problems, social, political, environmental, educational, scientific and cultural development of our global village. I therefore believe that the role of teachers in the classroom is critical. He becomes the facilitator of the debate regarding the practice of morality. The contents stated by the master generating a focus of discussion capable of allowing construction of learning. All this is possible in a democratic system that guarantees the free exercise of critical heuristics. It is a question of bringing human beings as such. This goal is possible, according to the findings of Kohlberg and Selman, through child development and learning within a very marked set of stages. Arrive at strengthening the bonds of solidarity is the goal of educational processes guided by morality. What is sought is to create an autonomous moral able to weave a constant and laborious intersubjective dialogue. At this level could talk of creating a 'moral personality' based on key elements such as character, conduct, values, reasoning and emotions, as well as detailed Marvin Berkowitz. Under a 'just community' project to create a 'moral personality' becomes more feasible. Understand the importance of otherness, values such as solidarity, human rights and has finally achieved happiness are the goals of moral education in essence. The moral is eminently human creation, therefore, in the historical conditions of the individual materials will impact greatly on the dynamics of the 'moral high ground', and characterology of 'moral personality', which moves in very different contexts phenomenological and always lacking a logic rooted in a speech from the applicability of justice. Finally, we can say that our projects and worldviews looking Kantian categories are usually set up, even from the political is clearly a feature of Rawls's social democracy. We lack a fanciful and unrealistic perspective on the problems that afflict our peoples. As a corollary of this political practices from the institutional reaching blunt fracture communicating vessels between politics and actions of civil society. Thus, the practice of corruption at the highest levels of institutional discourses bankruptcy legal establishment politicians and weakens the social fabric unstoppable opening a path towards what Durkheim called: anomie. Urge not only meanings to the discourse of ethics, but also make the exercise more glaring aware of the moral praxis, especially in the dynamics of educational processes. This is not to create a style of Girolamo Savonarola, but rather to acquire a higher dose of commitment and will not only political but also social on the realization of human behavior, personal and civic more in keeping with the paradigms of speech ethical, ontological bases of which are in the teaching-learning processes irradiated by the actions of teachers and school operation.
