No doubt, man is one of the most dynamic, yet the most Evers of the biosphere. Therefore, since the outbreak of the Peruvian man through history have been a number of changes and transformations that have responded not only to the realization of their basic needs, but also the socio-cultural type, in order to ensure survival of the species. Now, the first horticultural and agricultural communities later changed the landscape of Peru to organize their projects. This is the case of platforms that in times of the Incas formed the cornerstone of the economic structure and vital part of policy food.
But there is now more of an irrational appetite under a neoliberal discourse that aims to robbing natural resources at the expense of the destruction of ecosystems not only in Peru but also exert a brutal devastation of tribal communities , fauna and flora of the global environment.
