But all this was only a mirage. Those now in power in Peru as usual saturate the grasslands discursive gleaming voluntarism. Gone was the ideology promoted from the grassroots. Not to mention the antithetical relationship between the most disadvantaged sectors of the population and the levers of power.
Indeed, corruption scandals are evidence of a criminal exercise of politics. This not only rots the institutions, but also shattered public confidence. Metastasis of this is the materialization of social anomie.
